Direct, secure signing
Each signing party receives a magic link by email that opens straight to their own secure signing page. One click, no login.
Built for financial advisors, accountants, lawyers, and companies across 170+ countries who need real evidence that a document was signed.
Each signing party receives a magic link by email that opens straight to their own secure signing page. One click, no login.
We issue a tamper-evident certificate, creating a durable evidential record that is far stronger than a conventional audit log.
Every signed document is anchored to the Bitcoin blockchain, making it verifiable to anyone and practically impossible to alter or back-date.
Original documents and signed versions are encrypted and stored on secure servers using authenticated AES-256.
An attorney, auditor, or bank can verify a signed document themselves from the certificate number alone. No account, no login, and it never expires.
Connect to your workflow using Zapier or Make and run signings from your existing practice management software.
Each step in a signing round is clearly shown, so you're never left in the dark.

We create a cryptographic seal.
An independent authority timestamps the seal.
We send the seal to an independent aggregator.
The aggregator commits the seal to the blockchain.
The aggregator sends us the evidence.
We generate an evidence pack.
We send the pack to everyone who signed the document.
Nearly everything a business signs in a week is covered. Legislation draws the line at a few documents which still need traditional or higher-assurance signatures. The exact list varies by country.
Signings are bought in packs and never expire.
Your account is only charged after a certificate is issued. If you cancel a signing before it finishes, or if the signing times out, you don't pay.

Yes. In almost every country an electronic signature carries the same legal standing as a handwritten one for the great majority of agreements, and the parties are free to agree to sign electronically. If a signature is ever questioned, what counts is whether the signing method was reliable — which is exactly what the audit trail and certificate are built to show.
That is what the sealed trail is for. Every step is recorded, hash-chained, and timestamped by an independent authority, then issued as a certificate anyone can verify. Instead of asking a court to take our word for it, you hand over evidence it can check for itself.
Government bodies usually run their own systems and set their own signing rules — they can require a particular format or an advanced signature. Authent covers agreements between parties, not government.
No. We provide ordinary electronic signatures backed by a strong, independently verifiable audit trail — the right fit for everyday commercial agreements. An AES must come from an accredited provider, which we deliberately are not.
No. Each party receives a single-use magic link by email and signs on any device — no sign-up, no password, no app. It is the same reason the process works for counterparties you have never dealt with before.
Certificates are usually issued within 10 minutes, although it can sometimes take over an hour. This is because the certificate is only generated once the document's cryptographic hash has been anchored to the Bitcoin blockchain. The time needed depends on network conditions and block confirmation times.
No. A cryptographic "fingerprint" is calculated — a short code unique to the document. Change a single byte anywhere and the code changes completely, so the fingerprint stands in for the whole document.
